2009 Fallon AYSO Sign-ups

 

 

Where: Numa Elementary School

When: May 19-21, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

 

 

Where: Oats Park

When: June 6, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

 

$65.00 per child, 5 - 15 years old (U6-U16 Division)

$45.00 per child, 4 years old (U5 Division)

Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate.  We just need to see a copy, we don't need to keep one.
